How do I order a book box?
You have two options to choose from for our book boxes.
Option #1 - "Select Your Own Book' Box
You can customize your book box by selecting the book you would like to include in the box. The box comes with the snacks and accessories listed on the product page and your selected book is added to the box before it's wrapped. To purchase this box, there are two steps involved. First, select any book that's available for sale on our website and add it to your shopping cart (the book is a separate cost). Second, add the book box to your cart and checkout.
Option#2 - 'Preselected Book' Box based on a genre (i.e. Romance Book Box or Mystery/Thriller Book Box)
Some of our seasonal book boxes will come with a preselected book based on a specific genre. The book title and its description will be listed on the product page for this type of book box. This box is sold at a fixed price and can simply be added to your cart and does not require you to add the book to your cart. These boxes include the same snacks and accessories as Option#1 however the main difference is that the book is preselected.
Please note that our book boxes are not a subscription based product. Boxes are released on a seasonal basis as a stand alone product. The purchase of a book box does not enroll you in a subscription service.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on orders over $35 within Canada. We also offer flat rate shipping options based on location. Please see our shipping policy for more details.
What's your return policy?
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, we will issue a replacement at no cost. Please review our return policy for more details.
Do you have a physical store location?
No, we do not have a physical store location. We are an online based bookstore operating in the Greater Toronto Area.
Can I pre-order a book?
Yes. You can pre-order books from our Upcoming Releases collection. If there are other items in your order that are in stock, they will ship separately.
